5-6 Cherries
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup/Agave
1.5 oz Trejo's Spirits Gin Alternative
Sparkling Water
Garnish:
Sugar Rim with lime juice (optional)
2 Cherries (optiona)
Preparation:
1. Add Cherries, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, & Gin Alternative into a mixing glass. Muddle Cherries gently for 10 seconds
2. Add ice and stir gently for 10 seconds. Rim glass with lime and sugar (optional). 3. Strain cocktail into glass over ice & top with Sparkling Water
